DLSC, Panchayat & RD Section, Murshidabad – Recruitment of 142 Panchayat Karmee, Accounts Clerk, Clerk-cum-Typist, Officers

District Level Selection Committee, Murshidabad, Panchayat & RD Section, is inviting application from the eligible candidates for 142 posts of Gram Panchayat Karmee, Block Informatics Officer, Samiti Education Officer, Accounts Clerk and Clerk-cum-Typist. Interested and eligible candidates may apply Online only through the official website of the District Level Selection Committee, Murshidabad (See URL below). Employment Notification No.1171/P&RD Date 26.07.16. The vacancies are in Gram Panchayat and Panchayat Samiti level under Murshidabad district. All appointment will initially be made on a temporary basis.

1. Gram Panchayat Karmee: 97 Nos. (UR-54; SC-27; ST-12; OBC-4)
Educational Qualification: Class VIII pass.
Age Limit: 18yrs to 40yrs as on 01/01/2016
Pay Scale: Rs.4900/- – Rs.16200/- and Grade Pay: Rs.1700/-

2. Block Informatics officer: 05 Nos. (UR-3; SC EC-1; OBC EC-1)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Application or Bachelor’s Degree (Hon’s) in Computer Science or Bachelor degree in any stream with “A” level certificate course of DOEAC.

Age Limit: 18yrs to 40yrs as on 01/01/2016
Pay Scale: Rs.7100/- – Rs.37600/- and Grade Pay: Rs.3900/-

3. Samiti Education Officer (Direct recruitment): 07 Nos. (UR-04; SC-01; OBC B-01)
Educational 

Qualification: Graduate degree with Post Graduate B.Ed degree or Graduate degree with 03 years experience in teaching in any Primary or Secondary School or Graduate degree with 03yrs working experience in Govt. sponsored Alternative System of Education or Graduate degree with 03yrs experience in Management Education.
Age Limit: 18yrs to 40yrs as on 01/01/2016
Pay Scale: Rs.7100/- – Rs.37600/- and Grade Pay: Rs.3600/-

4. Accounts Clerk: 19 Nos. (UR-09; SC-05; ST-01; OBC-04)
Educational Qualification: Madhyamik pass
Desirable: Diploma in Computer Application.
Age Limit: 18yrs to 40yrs as on 01/01/2016
Pay Scale: Rs.5400/- – Rs.25200/- and Grade Pay: Rs.2600/-

5. Clerk-cum-Typist: 14 Nos. (UR-08; SC-02; ST-01; OBC-03)
Educational Qualification: Madhyamik pass and should have minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute in English and 20 words per minute in Bengali.
Age Limit: 18yrs to 40yrs as on 01/01/2016
Pay Scale: Rs.5400/- – Rs.25200/- and Grade Pay: Rs.2600/-

The number of vacancies mentioned above also includes reservation for Exempted category, Sportsperson and Ex-Serviceman. SC/ST, OBC candidates of other states will be treated as General Candidates.

Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any – As per Govt. norms.

Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Examination and Viva-voce test. There will be computer/type test at the time of viva-voce for the posts wherever applicable.

The written examination will be through MCQ method.
